6 month Specialised Streams: Cost-£300
Whereas the 12 week intensive is majority classroom based and provides a general sense of discipleship and Bible study, the 6 month course provides classroom learning with a “hands on” ministry experience, being released into one of 4 areas of interest. The classroom content provides training in each specialised area and coaching from a group of leaders who have years of experience in their respective fields.

CHURCH PLANTING AND LEADERSHIP
Join our pioneering team planting new churches across the region; reach into new villages, towns and cities, establish new works, reach new people, learn how to lead in a brand new setting. Establish church, grow in leadership and learn how to run a church in a real-world setting.
MISSION AND EVANGELISM
If you have a passion for mission and evangelism then this stream will provide training in areas such as soul winning, preaching the gospel, moving in Spiritual gifts and the practicalities of mission.
There will be the opportunity to lead people to Christ and see miracles on the streets. Take part in weekend missions around the UK, sharing your testimony, preaching the gospel and praying for the sick. There are various chances throughout the year to take part in overseas mission’s trips too!
WORSHIP AND CREATIVE ARTS
If you have a passion for worship, music, media, tech, lighting, sound, drama, dance, singing, editing, songwriting or camerawork, join our team across the region leading worship, on mission, in new church plants, developing media ministries. Packed with great online resources, books, trips and investment, you will be sure to grow in your creative gifting.
YOUTH AND CHILDREN’S WORK
Join our Children’s and Youth Leaders coaching stream and learn how to lead ministries for the young – with hands on experience, great coaching, resources, trips, books and missions, your leadership will grow and your impact increase.

- Those already involved in ministry or leadership who want to “upskill” in their specific gifting and call
- Those with a clear sense of the call of God into leadership and ministry
- Those hungry to be used by God and looking for opportunities and open doors
- Those who have completed the 12 week course and now want to start to get involved in using the knowledge they have learned to reach the lost, build the Church and advance His Kingdom
